Permafrost Map: Regions, Traders and Key Locations
Updated 2026-10-14 · Last checked 2026-10-14 · Early Access
For an external map resource, open the AllThingsHow community map linked below. This page connects official landmark descriptions to resource guides; it is not an interactive atlas or a complete list of trader coordinates.
The saved link check records HTTP 200 for AllThingsHow on 14 October 2026, not a test of its map controls or markers. Saved checks for MetaBot record HTTP 405 and Human Verification; neither proves it is offline. Landmark descriptions below come from official announcements. The screenshots are game scenes, not map captures.

Landmarks with a source

| Bone Cave | Cave surroundings and interior reworked with a new encounter | Official Signal #8 |
| Cold Zones | Extreme cold; preparation is needed for exploration | Official Signal #6 |
| Mule | Travelling trader, not a vehicle or a guaranteed stationary pin | Official dev blog |
| Frozen city to wilds | The world shape in the store text | Steam store page |
Community interactive maps
The AllThingsHow community map is linked below as an external resource. The saved HTTP 200 response confirms the address responded during the earlier check, not that its layers rendered or that any resource marker is accurate. Compare a marker with your current game before planning a trip around it.
MetaBot is another community map destination. Saved checks could not inspect its pins because of an HTTP 405 response and Human Verification. No map data version, layer list or coordinate set is verified here. These links are not official atlases, and access results do not establish gameplay facts.
Resource planning without invented coordinates
Use the flint, scrap and quality-metal pages to compare documented material uses and tool requirements. They are not deposit maps. The saved official landmark announcements do not provide a radio-tower iron route or trader coordinates.
Mule is a travelling trader in Signal #7, so a landmark mention is not a promise that he will remain at a fixed pin. Cold Zone descriptions likewise warn about conditions without giving a safe duration or a guaranteed loot route.
Questions
Is there an official Permafrost map?
Not as a downloadable atlas in the sources checked on 14 October 2026. MetaBot is a community map.
Where is iron?
An exact iron deposit location is not verified in the sources used here. The previously cited radio-tower route had no original developer post supporting it. The tools page covers community-file pickaxe requirements; the quality-metal page explains material uses, not deposit coordinates.
