Permafrost Updates and Patch Notes

The first Early Access week already has a stack of hotfixes. This page keeps the ones I could read in Steam news, with the date and the player-facing change. I am not treating a Russian press recap as an official patch note.
I pulled the Steam news feed on 14 October 2026 and kept only posts that name a fix. The build number is not printed consistently in those posts. Community notes mention builds around 0.44, but I am leaving that off this table until an official post states it.
Patches after launch
Dates below use UTC, as recorded in the official announcement feed. They are not a promise that every region updated at the same minute. No current numeric build identifier was verified from these official posts.

Official roadmap: planned, not released
The 7 October roadmap describes four future updates without calendar release dates. These are plans, not features guaranteed in the current build.

Did the 11 October patch fix Steam invites?
The post says invites work when the invited player is already on the main menu.
Where do I get a lost quest key?
The 11 October note says Anna or Skinwalker can replace keys for Breaking the Radio Silence, The Way Home, and Rise Above the Cold.
